David Hall assists his clients to build and preserve assets to achieve their long-term financial goals and dreams. This often translates to creating a retirement income that won’t be outlived, assisting with the education of children and grandchildren, and providing a tax efficient transfer to eventual heirs.
For the past 20 years, David has used his extensive financial knowledge together with his comprehensive industry background to bring his clients clarity, in a complex and ever-changing world. Similar to Michael, David is passionate about providing an exceptional client experience, always putting their needs as a top priority.
David is a past Director of the Toronto Chapter of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners (CAFP) responsible to organize monthly educational updates for the chapter’s five hundred plus members. He was also on the organizing team responsible for the CAFP National Convention in 2000, attended by over fifteen hundred advisors from across the country. In 2005 David became a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), the highest designation granted by Canadian Securities Institute in Canada.
Born in Toronto, Ontario, David majored in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. He places a high value on life-long learning and devotes time each year to continuing his professional education.
David is an active member of the Don Mills community and is an enthusiastic golfer. Whenever possible, David and his wife Maureen escape the cold to spend time at their second home in Phoenix where David can often be found on the Golf course.
